To ensure that tableware last for a long time, you need to be able to take care of it properly.
-
Before the first use, wash the product with warm water and a liquid detergent. - All the subsequent care for enamelware use soft sponges, detergents without abrasive inclusions and aggressive chemical compounds.
- Rings of stainless steel should clean with special tools for stainless steel tableware. After this, they must be rinsed, wiped dry and wipe with small amount of vegetable oil.
- Use the product only for its intended purpose.
- It recommends washing the enameled product some time after cooking so that the temperature difference does not break the surface.
- Do not allow the product to overheat without water and food, if the product is still overheated, do not hurry to cool it under cold water, let it cool down.
- Make sure that the diameter of the cooker heating element is equal to or smaller than the diameter of the bottom of the enameled product. When cooking on a gas cooker, the tongues of the flame should touch only the bottom of the dishes, without getting on the walls – this will help to avoid burning food, contaminating and overheating the product.
- Enameled products with bakelite (plastic) handles should not be put in the oven and allow these parts to contact the flame of the gas burner.
- Protect the product from strong impact or fall.
- Do not allow the liquid to freeze in the product.
- Burnt food remains easily removed by adding detergents to warm water and heating the mixture in the product for several minutes, and then wash the dishes using a sponge.
- In some regions of Kazakhstan, water can be stiff, in connection with which a gray coating of hardness salts forms on the cookware; it removes by wiping the cookware with dry table salt. In order to prevent the formation of such a plaque, it is enough to add a little bit of baking soda to the water when washing tableware.
